Affiliate Program Policy for FUTLocker
Introduction
Welcome to the FUTLocker Affiliate Program ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). This Affiliate Policy (the 'Policy') is a legally binding agreement between you and FUTLocker. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy. Please read it carefully.
Eligibility
To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must be an existing paid member of FUTLocker, and be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Policy
By becoming an affiliate of FUTLocker, you accept and agree to comply with this Affiliate Policy. Your continued participation in the affiliate program indicates your ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue your affiliation with us.
Affiliate Relationship
As an affiliate, you promote FUTLocker's services and earn commissions based on successful referrals. The terms of your relationship with FUTLocker are governed by this Affiliate Policy.
Commission Tier
Affiliates earn a 50% commission on all successful referrals on each unique user, regardless of whether the referred user purchases a Trial License or a Seasonal License. In addition, referrers receive 15 extra tokens for each completed referral. Referees benefit from a 30% discount, but do not receive any extra tokens.
Payouts
Commission payouts will be processed according to the payout method selected during the affiliate sign-up process. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold of 5€, and payment will be made in the chosen currency of our choice.
Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates are expected to promote FUTLocker responsibly and ethically. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Misleading advertising or false claims.
- Violation of any local, national, or international laws.
- Any form of spamming or unauthorized use of promotional materials.
Abuse of Affiliate Program
FUTLocker strictly prohibits any fraudulent or abusive activity within the affiliate program. If a user is found engaging in unethical behavior—such as self-referrals, creating multiple fake accounts, or exploiting loopholes in the system. All related account(s) will be permanently banned without prior notice. Any earned commissions from abusive referrals will be forfeited. FUTLocker reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary.
Termination of Affiliate Relationship
FUTLocker reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate's account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of this Affiliate Policy.
Changes to Policy
FUTLocker may modify or replace this Affiliate Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
This section outlines the limitations and extent of liability between FUTLocker and you as you pertain to this Agreement. It aims to clearly define the scope of responsibility and potential liability for damages, ensuring that both parties are aware of the circumstances under which liability may be imposed.
- In no event shall FUTLocker be liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the services, even if FUTLocker has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- You acknowledge that the limitations set forth in this clause are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties, and that FUTLocker would not enter into this Agreement without these limitations on its liability.
