Refund Policy for FUTLocker

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the buyer must provide relevant information (such as chat logs, order screenshots, etc.) to the FUTLocker customer support team within 72 hours. If the buyer fails to submit the required evidence within this time frame, it will be considered a forfeiture of the opportunity to resolve the dispute.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our 24/7 Live Chat support with your order number and the reason for the refund. Once your request is submitted, it will be verified. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method (e.g., bank card or payment account).

Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product Not Received: If the product is not delivered within the specified delivery time, you are eligible to apply for a refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If multiple payments were made for the same order, we will refund the extra payments upon request, provided the order has not been delivered.
  • Payment Verification Assistance: Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify payment. If customers decline or fail to complete the verification process, they may request a refund.

Requests are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Customer Dissatisfaction or Mistakes: Refunds will not be granted for buyer dissatisfaction with the product, mistakenly purchased items, or if issues are not reported to the FUTLocker support team within 72 hours. Additionally, refunds will not be issued if the buyer’s account does not meet the minimum account requirements for purchase of coins.
  • Order Completion: If the order has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled by the buyer, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • Release of Liability: By purchasing any products from FUTLocker, the customer acknowledges, understands, and accepts this release of liability.
  • Fraudulent Claims: FUTLocker does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend a customer’s account if they file fraudulent claims.
